Mid-Century Modern Home

Enjoy your stay in this fully stocked, stylishly renovated, 1947 Tudor style home near historic downtown Washington with it's quaint shops and vibrant social scene. The home is the first floor of a duplex with access to an unfenced yard. The home has two spacious bedrooms and one bathroom. We have lovingly renovated and styled the home ourselves. We love historic charm and have kept many original details. You’ll find unique vintage decor and our custom built furniture in this home.

Weekend in Washington

This house is as advertised. In a nice residential neighborhood close to the downtown Washington area, but not walking distance. A short 3-5 minute drive from just about anything you want to do in town. The house was clean and well furnished. Comfortable beds and linens. Keli was just as helpful as you’d like your host to be, but we didn’t have any issues during our stay. There was some noise from the upstairs apartment from people walking around, but it wouldn’t prevent me from staying here again. Overall, an enjoyable stay and would recommend this place for families and friends alike.

Great time in a wonderful place!

We enjoyed our stay in Washington, MO and our lodging was very nice. Lots of sweet extras, too! We loved the furnishings as we live in a house built in 1940 and appreciated the lovely furniture and extra touches of 'hominess'.

Reading Get Away

My partner and I just wanted a quiet place to get away from the kids for the weekend and read. We spent most of our time in the house and found it to be cozy and filled with what we needed during our stay.

Cute mid century modern in a spectacular small town. Tastefully decorated with all I needed to get started. (I stayed 3 months for work) Easy to contact owners and quickly resolved any issue. Would stay again.

Family wedding weekend

Nice quiet location, close to our local family and downtown area. Fun decor! The only downside was that the property was on a hill, so loading and unloading was slightly inconvenient from the street.

great home

We very much enjoyed staying in this home for a girls weekend getaway. It was a quiet safe neighborhood. we loved the style of the home and how it was decorated and the colors. It was more than cookie cutter decorated like every other place you see in magazines. We saw many thought out touches like extra toothbrushes(which we needed one). We didnt utilize the kitchen for cooking but it looked well supplied. It is near many things to do. I would definately consider another stay.
