Welcome to "The Beach House at". Modern luxury, all one-level.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath is located directly across the drive (just a few feet), from the beautiful new pools & hot-tubs, club house & fitness center. Our vacation home has a fabulous view of Coral Canyon golf course, which is accessed just a few units up, inside our neighborhood. If you golf, not only will you love waking up to the view of the golf course, but you will enjoy the discount (20-25% off) at Coral Canyon.

Your family will love riding our new beach cruisers or taking a walk around our safe, quiet neighborhood. Just around the corner is a stocked fishiing pond where you can enjoy a warm Southern Utah evening fishing or just feeding the ducks.
We have one of the largest yards in the resort, it is fenced in yard to keep your littles safe inside. We have a private BBQ grill and patio furniture, that you are welcome to use. (It comes in handy when you want to keep an eye on your kiddo's at the pool, just across the way.)

The master bedroom offers a beautiful, tufted king bed with pillow top mattress, great sheets, duvet cover, etc. The home is equipped with smart TVs, high speed internet 💻, DVD player, etc.

There is a sliding glass door off of the master bedroom. If your feeling a little crazy, you can step out your bedroom and see the moonlight on the golf course. If your a mommy, your kids will set lizard traps & be entertained for hours.
The master bath has a large garden tub, double sinks & large walk in shower. The master bath leads to the master closet. It's huge, the size of some small bedrooms, haha (pretty much sound proof), & perfect for the pack 'n play (just let me know if you need one). FYI- we do keep an extra comfy, twin mattress in the closet. There is bedding for it, and the kids fight to sleep in there.

The second bedroom has an amazing queen, pillow-top mattress with a special cooling gel to keep you cool on those hot summer nights. This beautiful bed has top of the line bedding and a duvet / down comforter as well.
That bedroom is also equipped with a smart TV & Cable

The the third bedroom, we call "The Bunk Room". It is beach themed & has 2 twin over full, bunk beds, that will sleep 6 comfortably.
A fun slumber party for all of the kiddo's, (or the kid at heart). But, these aren't your typical uncomfortable bunk beds with scratchy sheets. The ceilings 10' high & the bunks hold comfy pillow-top mattresses covered with nice quality, fun sheets & duvet covers with down comforters. We have had counmtless coments on how much the kids love staying here, & its a safe bet that yours will feel the same.
Once again, this bedroom is equipped with Smart TV.

The open kitchen offers all stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, "Keurig" coffee maker , plus traditional coffee maker, waffle iron, slow cooker, rice maker, blender, mixer etc. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook, bake, BBQ & eat in style. (Also have a highchair for those traveling with babes)

There is a laundry room with brand new, top of the line, LG SMART- front loader washer/dryer.

The dining room & family room have an open floor plan & are designed for your comfort and enjoyment. The brand new, leather, Z-Gallerie sectional is perfection, for a family movie night or comfy enough for a sleep over ;-) The living/dining room also have a fun beach flare. The living room has sliding glass doors that lead to the back yard and views of the golfcourse and pool.

We provide most everything you will need for fabulous, relaxing vacation! We provide all of the bedding & linens, extra blankets (the soft, cozy ones). Bath towels, pool towels, even ammenities like shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc.
Bring your food & drinks, we should have the rest! We have tried to make this a truely easy, relaxing, luxury vacation home like no other!
We have very high standards, we like nice, quality things, & cleanliness is VERY important! We are excited to share our "Beach House" with you! We hope that you enjoy it as much as we have.
