sterile apartment

keys not available upon check-in; communication with host convoluted with management company being itself managed by warehoused -- spend literally hours on phone getting info on checking in and then getting keys for apt when i arrived. place clean but sterile and pictures were deceptive -- the space felt cramped with one of the rooms just an empty room.
