We are ecstatic to host your group for family travel, girls night, or group trips. This is a 2 story house with a basement with a fenced in backyard. Free, ample street parking available at this listing.

This 2 story rowhouse with basement boasts 3 bedrooms, 5ft quartz peninsula, stainless steel appliances, and an electric fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed & 1 king bed) upstairs with 1 full bathroom. The third bedroom is in the basement with its own full bathroom.

This house is built prior to 1960 which means that the basement will be the coldest and the top floor will be the warmest. In an effort to ensure everyone staying at the property is comfortable, we provide portal/ceilings and portable heat sources

My children and I drove from GA and were supposed to stay at this townhome. Upon arrival, I had to find a family member to watch my children in VA as this location in DC is in a highly unsafe and dilapidated area. I did not know it was a high drug area. As we pulled up and ambulance was on Bangor Street. This is not an ideal location due to the neighborhood, that you should bring your family. The interior looks nice. However, upon check in the lower level bathroom trash bin was full and personal items were left in the medicine cabinet that should've been discarded.

The third bedroom in the basement has an unpleasant odor. The back door in the basement is adjacent to a smelly water channel, and the utility room is noisy. This bedroom is not suitable for living.
