Tired hotel, but trying its best.

Mold in the bathroom sink, room recently painted and new laminate flooring. Paint was on uncleaned wood with stains bleeding through, flooring was applied on an uneven surface and is spongy. Front desk young lady was awesome, friendly and helpful.

Short overnight business trip

Staff were friendly and courteous. Locally knowledgeable and recommended a couple good restaurants in town. Room was typical of Red Roof - clean and neat but somewhat dated. This particular Red Roof appeared to be updating other areas of the hotel.

This is an older property but the rooms seem reasonably up to date given that the floor is warped. The staff was very kind and willing to help. The room was clean and our pets were welcome so that was a huge plus. The ice maker and the gym were both out of order. Breakfast was sparce and actually ran out of what little food was available. Found the 2% milk eventually, tucked behind the waffle mix and half and half. No whole milk and no healthy options. Apples looked old and there wasn't so much as a banana or an orange. Would have loved some peanut butter for toast or waffles. There was cream cheese but no bagels. Carpets were worn throughout and the pool looked like crap even though it was closed. The area outside by the back entrance is dirty, dark, and narrow. Doesn't seem safe, particularly with the weekly rental motel next door.

The staff was nice. The physical apperance inside and outside of the hotel was good. The bad experience was with other hotel visitors noise levels in the hall and the general noise happening outside, near, my rooms window.

Clean but not comfortable

Everything was fine. The room was pleasant and clean. The bed was horrible. I wasnt able to sleep and when i couldnt stand it anymore and got up i was so sore. It needs a mattreelss pad or something. It was really that bad.

Our stay was alright. The hotel looked like an older facility that had some work done. A little dingy and dark in some places. But the room was clean and comfortable. The towels and linens clean. The staff ok. We did not stay for breakfast so I can't speak on that. All in all - good place to stay the night when traveling.

The rooms weren't the best sound proofing wise, not having a hair dryer, the shower head isnt my style. But all the necessities were included and the location is great i’d give it a 4/5 taking everything into consideration.

Staff was pleasant at check in and everything went smoothly. TV Remote didn't work and no batteries were available to fix it. No button TV so no way to operate. A couple guys sitting on the curb drinking in the parking lot. Construction going on in the parking area and the motel next door is a little shady.

I think we stayed mid-renovations. It was easy to see that they're working on improving the guest experience. Pluses: It was clean and quiet which are our main requirements. Our room was reasonably priced and the staff was helpful and friendly Could Improve: Outside seating. Grips in the bottom of a Very slippery tub. Better towels. A better breakfast selection with working appliances

Red Roofing It!

Greeted by very friendly staff and everyone was very accommodative throughout the weekend. Entry doors were awkward, I guess for extra security. We were on second floor and the elevator was not working. Free breakfast was sparse and ran out of things quickly. They weren't prepared for large bicycle crowd in town for event. Bed was comfortable, TV worked well, Bathroom was clean. Hotel was ok. Need to step up their game by another 10%.

The room was not bad at all.. or at least I thought! it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned at all! The tub had such an orange colored ring around the bottom of the tub and about 10 hairs on the walls and bottom of the tub! I actually had to clean it before we even took a shower! The baseboards had 2 inches of dust on them! We had to wipe our feet off before crawling into bed! Mirrors had hand prints and tooth paste splatters on it! Never again would I stay here because of the uncleanliness!!

It took 2 hours to get checked in here!!! We were staying for a quick overnight and had to bring our dog, so cancelled another reservation to stay here as they advertise your dog can stay for free. I assumed this means you can bring a pet with no issue, sonce there's no fee. Michelle at the desk saw my husband bring in our dog and said, " you didn'ttell me you had a dog!" "Im like, "you didn't ask..." as I stand right in front of the sign on the front desk and tv monitor that saus we welcome your pets. Ok, fine. But instead of just moving us to the appropriate room at this moment and setting expectations upfront; we were moved to 3 different rooms!! I don't have a problem with a designated room for pets as much as I have with the lack of empathy and the incompetency levels here. We booked two rooms, so moving a dog crate and all your luggage that many times is draining and unwarranted. Additionally, Michelle who checked us in was MIA when we arrived, the front doors were locked and no one was attending the desk. It took her 20 minutes to come downstairs and another 20 to check us into a dirty room! Towel had pubic hair on it and the linen is dingy. I asked to be put away from high traffic areas. They put us right near the ice machine and of course the dog is on edge everytime someone walks through. No apology for making us late and ultimately missing the wedding that we drove all this way to attend. Do not waste your time and energy dealing with this hotel!

There was stains all over the bed and the tub was disgusting. The house keeper cleaned it, but she left all the dirty stuff in the tub. HORRIBLE
