Much needed solo mini getaway and the Residence Inn Pentagon City did not disappoint! I've stayed here a couple times in the past and the property is still very well maintained and clean. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and paying an additional fee for in and out parking was very convenient. Even during COVID-19, the hotel makes sure the residents stay safe by enforcing a mask policy in all public areas. I felt safe and although I did my own sanitizing of the room, it felt clean. I even got upgraded to a landmark view without paying the extra moolah courtesy of the front desk-excellent customer service! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Beautiful, clean, well appointed room with a small kitchenette, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Bed and pillows were extremely comfy and I loved the 12pm checkout. Parking is $33/nt which isn’t surprising being we were in Pentagon City. The lot was clean and relatively empty. Overall, a lovely overnight stay. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the DC area.

The location of the hotel is great. The staff in general is also very good the disappointment came in the check in. Usually Marriott has a way of greeting their guest and making them feel comfortable but this time I felt unwelcomed and the reception staff was really just making me feel like they felt like I was just putting more work for them when I am a guest at their hotel. Really not going to recommend this hotel to others and will try not to come and stay at this hotel again.

Wonderful Weekend Get Away

We could see the Pentagon from our room. The mall was right around the corner, Whole Foods around another corner, Starbucks on the same street. We asked the front desk the best and cheapest way for a family of four to get to Washington DC. He suggested Lyft or Uber which only cost $9. My girls said the hot tube had little kids jumping in and out of it and it was warm and not really hot but other than that the Breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Parking was $33 a night but cheaper than most parking. We will definitely stay there again.
