Very lovely stay to celebrate the 4th of July! The complimentary bottles of water were a lifesaver during the 115 degree heat! The complimentary chocolates were amazing! Beds were very comfortable. Had to ask for a mini fridge but the request was granted no problem. Thank you again! The elevators tend to be on the slow side but that's okay. I am a patient person. Just outside the Pentagon Cuty metro station and the shopping mall. Location was a huge factor.

My experience at the The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City was exceptional. After an incredibly stressful night, arriving at 5:00 a.m. with my child and needing a place to stay, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. From the moment we walked in, everyone was understanding, professional, and genuinely compassionate about our situation. The room was absolutely amazing—clean, comfortable, beautifully appointed, and exactly what we needed after a long and exhausting journey. The level of hospitality exceeded my expectations and made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. The location was also perfect, with convenient access to everything we needed during our stay. Every interaction with the staff reflected the high standard of service that the Ritz-Carlton is known for. Thank you to the team for turning a difficult experience into a positive one.
