Wierd because a person who has booked a suite would generally know what is and is not included in the booking. The staff could be more courteous."

"Lovely little boutique hotel with only 6 rooms, out of the way location right on the river, every night you fall asleep to the sounds of nature. Longboat can take you across the river a few times of day to the busy side of town if you fancy something more lively, however it doesn't run too late in the evening. Breakfast is decent too. All in all I would recommend Episode if you're ever visiting Surat Thani for a few days."
