Find Hotel with a Concierge in Watamu

"I choose this Hotel because of the gym pictures on the hotels.com site. THERE IS NO GYM! And they were just sorry, we forgot to take the disinformation from the site. They haven’t had the gym since this January. Hotel didn’t offer me any refund or other option (another gym)"

"One thing very unique to this property it the entertainment (animation) team. Those guys, are over and beyond anyone expectations and makes this location a unique destination. They've activities all day, from dancing, aquarobics and live acrobatic and music shows, and all that for FREE, at no extra cost ... amazing. Also, location is within walking distance to a lot of attractions and dining places. However, the property need to improve on the following: 1) a face lift, a bit of renovation 2)...

"The house overall was as advertised it had a bit outdated/older bedding & nets with holes in them but not a huge issue just an easy thing to replace to make it a bit nicer. The main issue was water from the second day there was intermittent water. We were informed this was due to power being low voltage or off and since a pump got water to the house. Though other units in the compound near had power and water. The property director/on the grounds manager was not very helpful in quickly fixing...

"Stay away from this hotel..Stayed for 2 dayz..Empty hotel, less variation in breakfast offer. Less welcoming staff, specially at the restaurant. Live Cockroaches on the food as we had a breakfast. Outdated and broken coffee kettle, Electricity went so water anf we were not able to shower.. Horrible experience. We went to breakfast and being told "no coffee due to lack of electricity power. the pool was good.. but the management is tired and see no future in this business, we think."

"Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans cette maison traditionnelle au beau milieu d’un jardin tropical avec une piscine très agréable à quelques minutes à pied d’une magnifique plage de sable blanc. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et particulièrement de notre cuisinier Franklin qui nous a gâté en cuisinant des plats traditionnels délicieux. Nous recommandons cette maison et Franklin comme chef cuisinier sans hésiter. Un grand merci pour ce beau séjour et cet excellent accueil."
