"I didn't like that my Iron didn't work. We asked for a different one which also did not work. The refrigerator did not get cold, and water was leaking from inside. The maintenance that came said that it had to reset and the water would go away. Unfortunately, this never happened."

During a rough time in life and coming here has got to be my little piece of heaven (Serenity) during a storm . Staff is always very accommodating and never mean and unprofessional like some other places when you make a few hiccups during booking and have to make some changes during check-in. This place is nothing short of amazing!!! Also the remodel is just blissful serene peaceful and absolutely beautiful."
