"Great location and friendly staff, but the beds are extremely hard!!! We felt like we were sleeping on a rock. Waking up with back pain every morning on vacation is not a good experience. I mentioned it to the staff and the only solution offered was extra comforters to place on the mattress, which didn’t help. Unfortunately, none of us slept well during our stay because of the beds."

"No real facilities associated with a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is very basic. No where to sit for coffee. Nobody carried our bags. Was more 4 star then 5."
