"The duplex is within walking distance from Navy Yard and the Wharf, where we had lots of dining options. The walk to the Capital Mall, memorials, museums, White House, etc. was relatively flat and we enjoyed the many green spaces along the way. It definitely met our vacation needs!"

Always felt safe in the neighborhood, even while walking after dark. The house was very comfortable for our family of 4. The host is very responsive and provides helpful recommendations."

Was disappointed that the grill didn't work & several things needed some attention; however, Wavely said he would send the plumber and another grill at 8 a.m. next day but we declined as the grill moment of July 4th had passed.
