"For 4 adults we felt there was really only one bedroom it being the loft room upstairs. Our bed was in the lounge room as was the pull out divan bed so not 3 bedrooms and little privacy. "

"Very modern and new. Comfortable bed, and good kitchen to make meals. Check in process easy and friendly staff. Only stayed one night but Bairnsdale seemed a very nice town, cafes and restaurants around. Only disappointment was the lack of a coffee machine which we usually get in a Quest hotel. "

"Large room. Couldn’t use any kitchen items. All were very dirty and greasy. Strange layout that didn’t suit us as bedrooms were upstairs bathroom room and toilet was downstairs. Would not have pre booked that room had we known. Cannot fault location and even though it was across from marina and ferry it was quiet "
