"This was our very first time booking on this type of platform so we were a little apprehensive of the unknown. We were looking for something close to downtown Kitchener because we were coming to attend the Blues Festival. The unit was exactly as stated and expected. The check in process for the key pickup was at a location about a 10 minute drive away which at first was a little concerning but went smoothly and again exactly as instructed. I would stay here again."

"The overall experience was positive. Communication with the host was very good and responsive. The building and unit itself was clean and as presented on line. However, we had an ongoing issue of a noise complaint from the tenants below that was disproved by the condo corporation under an investigation that was concluded. As a single mother and her 12 year old child it was beyond frustrating. Great host, good apartment, difficult tenants."
