"Not handicapped accessible, heat didn’t work on the coldest night there. I had to clean before we settled in. Mold around the shower."

"Lobby was beautiful, very convenient area and great view. NOW, the hotel is very old, the rooms are dated, housekeeping must be a foreign language as we stayed 4 days and didn’t get basic housekeeping services not once. We had to BEG for clean sheets and fresh towels, ROACHES on the patio. Room don’t even have a mirror to take a picture. I dreaded sleeping being that the bed was very uncomfortable and old, parking is scarce. Very first day I asked for clean sheets because I noticed a stain and they never brung them so I went to the desk and asked again and they handed me a set of sheets to make the bed myself. Asked for fresh towels every day and never got them. I literally went to Walmart and brought some. The manager was very apologetic. Front desk person stated the prior shift never related that we needed sheets and towels. Then the evening shift stated the same thing about the morning shift. Very unsatisfactory an unsanitary and It really gave more of a “good motel” than a resort or hotel"

"Kids always enjoy this resort. Right on the beach, If you don't want an over crowded pool they have 3 and only one gets super packed. Staff is nice. Coffee at the ice cream shop on site is terrible so I'd skip that although ice cream is good. You really never have to leave the resort to enjoy a good beach vacation due to the being on the beach, pools, tiki bar and two restaurants to choose from plus the ice cream shop. The beds in our room was too firm for my preference but overall everything was clean. Be sure to bring your own toiletries and hair dryer. "

"The room was clean and neat. The chairs were worn but clean. I had to go to the desk and ask for toliet paper. All in all, I was satisfied."

"Breakfast was excellent although redundant as the same things were offered on an every other day rotation. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean. The shower from the beach did not work well and the pool seemed dirty every evening. Our biggest letdown was loungers and umbrellas were not included with the stay. Staff said that was a recent change. The parking was somewhat inconvenient having to cross the road to access the garage. It seemed the hotel was crammed into a spot which probably was the cause for parking and the garage shared parking with a shop. It is however within walking distance of many shops and eateries. It is within walking distance of the west pier and pier park. We will be going back but plan to look at other hotel options for the future as this hotel had nothing that stood out from the ordinary so if we find a cheaper option we will go with another choice."

"This place had very limited parking, my room had this very old and moldy smell upon entrance. We were scared for our lives on that run down elevator. Really needs a total upgrade. However the pool was nice and clean "

"Breakfast was mediocre. Pool was nice. Rooms were mediocre. Halls were disgusting. Loud stay, would not got stay at this location again. "

"I would not stay here again I was very disappointed the pool was cold it was older you had to walk a ways to the office they don’t tell you much in the office such as there is a 24hr ice machine you can buy a bag of ice from and where the pools are just what pool you can not go in it wasn’t worth the money and we only stayed one night "
