This second floor apartment is conveniently located in central Waterville. Designed for long or short stays, it has a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living spaces, and comfortable bedrooms. In addition to the relaxing sunroom with sky chair, both bedrooms have new memory foam queen mattresses. Stream your favorite shows on any of our three smart TVs. High speed internet is included, a must for those traveling business professionals. This apartment is central in location, close to Main Street, the YMCA, Colby College, and Inland Hospital. Fall is one of the best times of year to enjoy the sunroom and leaf peeping at many nearby walking trails. Many appreciate winter as well. Although not heated, the sunroom is a great spot to swing by the electric fireplace and watch the snow fall while enjoying a hot drink. The Quarry Rd trails are a few streets away and popular for cross country skiing.

This is a three-story apartment building with three separate living spaces divided by floors. The second floor is this Airbnb rental, offering guests a comfortable, convenient, private place to stay. Upstairs, on the third floor is another separate Airbnb apartment.

You will have access to the entire second floor, which includes the apartment, sunroom, washer, and dryer. The washer and dryer are located in the hallway just outside the apartment on the second floor. This is the only amenity that is shared with the Airbnb guests staying on the third floor.

Children are always welcome. We have a pack and play for your convenience. Feel free to bring your little ones and any additional baby or kid gear you may need.

This apartment is located in the historic residential area of Waterville. Colby College is so close that the Chapel can be seen from the kitchen window in the winter! It is less than 5 minutes to Main Street, the YMCA, and Colby. Inland Hospital is less than 10 minutes, and Maine General Hospital in Augusta is 20 minutes away. You are minutes from many downtown Waterville restaurants and bars.
We kindly ask you to read our house rules carefully and keep them in mind during your stay.
• No parties or events, smoking, or illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• No pets or unregistered guests allowed.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm.
• Please leave trash enclosed in a garbage bag and in the garbage cans next to the entrance labeled "Gregory's."
• During the winter months, the driveway and entrance will be cleared for you. Please feel free to help keep the deck clear of snow and ice. Shovels and sand are provided for all tenants and guests to use as needed. Please move vehicle when necessary for the driveway to be plowed. Please note, refunds are not provided for weather-related events such as storms or power outages.
• For your safety and the safety of others, please refrain from burning candles in the apartment.

- Please ONLY open and close the sunroom windows that have screens. These you can clearly identified because they are the ones WITHOUT solar lanterns. Please remember to close any windows before any inclement weather. Electric fireplace is for supplemental heat. This is an unheated indoor space to enjoy all the seasons Maine has to offer.

*Guests are required to sign Excapeaway’s Rental Agreement prior to the check-in. Failure to sign this contract prior to check-in will be proof of the guests acknowledgment of the contract and proof of the guests full consent to the terms presented in the contract.
