"The place was beautiful and quiet, it was a bit up on the hill, and taxis had issues to get there, so I had to go down to them.
The room was spacious, clean and with all needed things in it.

"Comfortable and safe place for solo travelers. There is a shared kitchen which is clean and tidy. Rent a car is recommended, but there is a bus stop nearby or a 45 minute easy walk for example to Republic Square. "

"We stayed here because we had already paid and couldn’t cancel, but I wouldn’t choose this place again. The entrance is very basic – no reception desk or proper hotel sign, just a plain door with stairs going up. On arrival, even our taxi driver warned us that this hotel doesn’t have a good reputation in Yerevan and is not suitable for families – supposedly known for hosting call girls.
Despite that, the room was very clean, and breakfast was served in the room, simple but decent. However, the AC did not work properly, and even after we complained, they didn’t fix it. Also, the main entrance is always locked, and you have to call so they can unlock it remotely using walkie-talkies – which felt strange but at least it was secure.
The staff didn’t speak English at all, which made communication difficult. In general, the place felt a bit shady, but to be fair, we never felt unsafe.
Wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re just looking for a cheap stay and don’t mind the odd setup.

"Was very impressed with this hotel. Best hotel I stayed in Yerevan. Very big room size with big balcony providing breath taking views of the city, mountains and hotel swimming pool. The minus of this hotel that they don't take my American visa card, which worked perfectly everywhere else in the city but in this hotel. They need to fix this problem. Not sure if their card machine is not working properly or their bank is not connected to international banks. I could not pay with card in hotel restaurant and at reception while checking out. That caused great inconvenience. "
