Very average stay with all the basic amenities you would come to expect. What sadly knocked the score down is there was hair left in the bathtub where it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Other than that I am very grateful to the staff for allowing me to park my car there for my meeting even after I had checked out

Where do I start, its filthy. No one cleaned my room, no new towel. This place is a hole and I’ll never stay in a Beat Westren again. Reception staff are horrible. They took a security deposit?

Clean and friendly

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff that cannot do enough to help. The only downside is although you pay for the hotel before you arrive when you arrive your asked for a £50 deposit for the room which I think is a little uncalled for in this day and age.
