There was an appropriately sized television, toiletries, and unlimited tea and coffee by a kettle. in terms of the area it was down a street with rats, although there was rats everywhere in Colombo. "this is a small hotel but needs to improve on maintenance big time. Dining hall greets you as you enter the hotel and its full of flies and bad smell, probably from the garbage room beside elevator. took a peek in the kitchen and its filthy. linens are stained and dirty linens lying around everywhere in the corridor. If they can maintain it well, this could be an excellent budget hotel."

"this family lead hotel with 3 rooms is one of the best small hotels that i’ve seen. The rooms are clean and everything works just fine. The owner does the most to make you have an plesant stay. While only new on expedia this hotel is well reviewed on tripadvisor and other booking sites. This hotel is not located in the center of negombo but the hospitality en quality of the hotel makes up for that. Verry good cost to quality ratio."
