"Great location."

"We stayed at this hotel on the last night of our week long trip to France/Belgium. We primarily chose it for it's location to both Poperinge and Ypres but also distance to Calais. We could not fault this hotel at all. The family who run the hotel were really friendly, the bed comfortable, breakfast was great and the food in the restaurant was delicious. We did not use the pool or sauna only because we did not pack any swimwear but it looked lovely. From the outside when you park up this hotel gives an impression of being ordinary but once you step through the door the hotel is anything but ordinary. The decor and layout are lovely. If you are looking for a lovely place to relax, have a good nights sleep and great food in lovely surroundings then I would highly recommend this hotel. "

"A great find. Slightly difficult to find.we initially stopped at the side of the hotel and could not see it. We then drove round another kilometer and it was the furst hotel we had stopped at, but there was no name sign at the side of the hotel. That needs to be improved. The room was great with views over the river. The facilities were good especially the disabled room we had. The staff were excellent and very helpful we will stay again "
