"It was magical and the views were amazing. The room was big and extremely clean. The staff members were fantastic from the moment we walked through the door everyone was very helpful. Lounge 32 was amazing in everyway possible. It was my partners birthday and they surprised us with a birthday cake and card which was a lovely touch. We had such a wonderful time and will definitely be coming back."

"Beautiful property, inside and out, staff are great! Pool is nice but packed with kids unless early in morning and water quality was a little off. Also just know (7/14/26) there is serious construction going on next to this hotel. Front desk said work/noise was 9 am to 5 pm but in reality it’s 7 am to 7 pm, even some digging on sunday. We were out most of the time so no matter, did not bother us even when we were there but ask to be on other side of hotel if noise affects you. Very much...

"The housekeeping staff do an amazing job each day and whenever we returned to our rooms they were spotlessly cleaned. Well done. Great hotel to stay. So close to light rail and the bar s and restaurants on site are superb. The Zephyr sky bar well worth a sunset visit."
