Great stay! Great location!

The condo was perfect for 6 of us. It was very clean with everything we needed to cook our meals. Very close to the beach, the very short trail is right next to this condo! I wish we were able to stay longer.

Great location for a family getaway

This condo and the Pajaro Dunes resort are great. You are right by the beach and it's truely less than a 5 minute stroll from the door to having your feet in the ocean.This location is also close enough to Santa Cruz to the north and Monterey to the south for an easy day trip.I would stay here again any time.

Relaxing Weekend

We had great time relaxing on the beach. Plenty of room for our family with 2 toddlers. Only a 3 mionutes walk to the beach!

Wonderful place right on the beach!

We had an amazing 4th of July weekend here. The place was comfortable and well stocked. Plus the location steps away from the beach was awesome.

Central for visiting Monterey Bay

We spent a day in Santa cruz, in pacific grove, in Monterey. Loved the 17 mile Drive and Pebble Beach. This unit was on the beach but no beach view. We found a great place for breakfast- the Beach Street Cafe in Watsonville.

Perfect for a getaway

We stayed at the property and had a wonderful experience. It really was steps from the beach. It was very clean and some thing were updated. The onsite security was fantastic. The bed was super comfortable. It was a great stay.

Great place!

We had a great stay. Easy check in and great communication by the owners. We really enjoyed walking the beach which is just right out the back door. We saw seals, whales and many birds. The unit is clean and well-equipped. Half hour drive to Monterey and wineries. Definitely recommend this place.

Amazing location!

My family really enjoyed our stay! We have 4 kids and there was enough space for all of us. Everything was clean and had everything we needed for preparing meals. The location was the best! It was so nice to open the sliding door and listen to the ocean and the beach was just steps away. We enjoyed a fire on the beach every night. The location is perfect; a half hour from Monterey and a half hour from Santa Cruz, but we honestly enjoyed the time at the VRBO the most. We plan to come back again soon. Highly recommended!

Property was as advertised we are a family of 5 and alll enjoyed our stay the only minor complaint my wife had was they was a strong odor in the main bedroom bathroom we assume this was the ant traps. Other than that would highly recommend

Great spot

We chose this for it'd proximity to our son who lives in a group home. The place was a gem, the ocean was healing. I have a bummer knee so being so close to the water was a relief. Beds comfy. Kitchen supplied well! Stay here, you'll be glad you did!

Girls weekend

Enjoyed our stay at Pajaro Dunes. Comfortable and nicely equipped kitchen. Cozy beds. Host was very responsive when we had a breaker shut off. Outdoor shower outside our unit was not working which was a little difficult to come back from beach but this was not owner’s fault. Would have been helpful to have a broom and dustpan in unit to manage sand. I would recommend this unit for 2 couples or small family.

Great Location

The location of this property was amazing. The layout of the property suited our family nicely. The kitchen island worked out great when prepping and serving meals. My only critique would be some furniture needs upgrades. Other than that it was a great visit and would be happy to return.

Easy access to the beach, parking conveniently located close to the condo, carts available for luggage transport, well stocked kitchen. One recommendation if possible to provide bedroom darkening curtains? But otherwise, we had a great, relaxing time.

Great location, steps to the beach, a bit sparse

Cute condo, but a little out dated. Super convenient to get the beach and the patio felt pretty private. Was bummed at the lack of the regular stuff you find in a rental; there was no shampoo, no foil or baggies, no beach towels or chairs. We had to bring almost everything or go and buy it (salt & pepper), so the price seemed steep. Overall, really enjoyed my stay and you really can’t beat the location!!

Good convenience oceanfront condo unit overall.

We spent 3 days two night at our unit and had a good experience overall with some minor improvements that might be helpful: 1) one of the nail screws that holds down the white cable in the living room got loosened and flipped upside down and caused one of our young kids to stub her feet. 2) We discovered that there were some residual sand on the bedsheet cover in the master bedroom that were not cleaned off well. 3) The BB grill did not have a bottom grease catcher, therefore, there were grease drippings left over from previous usage on the wood deck. We had to use a plate to catch the drippings. In addition, we did not find any BB grill cleaning tools and had to resort to other cleaning methods.

Not Recommended For Disabled & Not Worth Whats Charged.

Being disabled i always have to make sure a location meets my needs before renting it. Listing states a walk in shower, no it is 14 inches step up to get in to the shower. The walk from parking to unit is a steep hill with wood railings that are loose and than quite a ways back after the hill. Outside both patio doors in the wood flooring is holes where the wood has rotted away, one has a mat over most of it the other has nothing. I tripped twice once hitting my side on bbq coming out the door and so did my grand daughter and she fell twisting her ankle and pain for 4 days. the wood around the patio is loose and moves when you sit on it. The couch is old and broke on one side leaning and coming apart and is hard as a rock. the recliners are old and dirty and reclining handle broke. we could not use bbq or fireplace because of high charge if we use them. Unit gives no amenities for the kitchen at all only what others have left behind. we were told by maid someone would bring TP and towels and no one ever came we had to go buy TP. the beach access is a steep hill also, pretty and close but not for a disabled person. the grounds are very pretty. There is no view at all from outside or in of the beach or water, dunes are to high. The TV has no cable provided only a roku if you want to add in your own info. It is a very high price to pay for what is given and the condition of the old furniture and old throw rug. Not for disabled and kids ankle still hurt pictures of area taken.

Nice condo

Nice condo, but the primary shower didn’t drain, and at least two outlets didn’t work. But the very frustrating issue was the WiFi. You had to go outside for any Internet connection. The host was responsive and the kitchen is very well stocked.
