Do NOT book here. This is a drug-prostitution friendly hotel, windows are broken and people hanging out in parking lot, smoking and partying. We tried to cancel and property could not be contacted by Expedia. We pulled up to speak with someone and it felt SO unsafe I chose to drive away and lose out on my $$ instead.

This property looks nothing like the photos on expedia. The landscaping has not been touched for months and there are tall weeds everywhere. The locks on the front entrance are broken and the handle is taped. The lobby and stairwells smelled. Elevator did not work. WiFi did not work. Lots of people just hanging around outside the entrance. Felt unsafe and unclean.

Didn’t like anything about this property. It is not kept up from the landacaping, the exterior of the hotel, the enrtry way and the rooms. The lady ar the front desk was not friendly. There were no towela in the room. There was poop on the wall. It had been there for quite a while. The maintenance man had to scrap it off with a putty knife. Disgusting! The bathroom was very dated. There were grey streaks in the toilet and tub. Won't ever stay here again.

Property had overgrown grass and weeds, trash was over flowing in trash cans. Room was not great patchwork on walls paint on tub. Ac did not work in the room. Room was not properly stocked with toilet paper in the bathroom. Bed needs to be replaced the springs can be felt. The box spring was not the right size for the bed. Elevator was not working. Whole building need to be renovated desperately.

Our bathroom had mold in it. I have taken pictures. There was no towel rack by the sink. The blow dryer fell out of the wall. The caulking around the tub is the worst job I have ever seen in my life and the door is all messed up at the bottom. There looked to be gang activity when we drove in on Friday night. Some of the windows do not have screens on them or the screens are flying outside with half hanging off the frame. It look very ghetto when I drove in and not like the pictures online. I feel I should be reimbursed for false advertisement of this establishment.

The worse ever This place doesn’t provide towels or shower soap we have to dry ourselves with a dirty shirt I went dow to the front desk and ask for towels and soap and they told me to go to ross in town to buy them I was in room 221 Thursday and Friday this last weekend and my name is Maria I hope they can reimburse me for the room Please do not ever go to this place the worse in Watsonville

I knew it wouldn't be good given the low rate but it was worse than expected. It started with the downstairs bathroom with toilet paper and trash all over the floor. The elevator wasn't working so I had to walk up to the 3rd floor in a stair case filled with trash. Internet was not working. The bathroom toilet paper dispenser was not working so the toil paper roll was on the floor. The shower was luke warm and the device to turn the shower on was missing. The best was semi comfortable. It's probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in going back decades. There is obviously no pride in owernship by those who own this hotel.
