"We stayed here as a family of four and it was an ideal place to escape the busy Bangkok smog while still being incredibly accessible whenever we wanted to head out. The train station was only a 5-minute walk away, which made getting around very easy. Shops and malls were around a 10–15 minute walk, and there was a 7/11 very close by for quick essentials. The pool area was a real highlight for us. There are two different sized pools, a slide for the kids, and plenty of space around the outside to lounge or eat. It never felt crowded and was perfect for relaxing after busy days out. We ate at the hotel once and the food was delicious – a great selection, including authentic Thai dishes. While prices were what you’d expect for a hotel, it was really enjoyable and well worth it. The staff were ultra-friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our room was perfect for a family of four and helped us acclimatise quickly to Thai time after our 11-hour flight. It was very spacious, with plenty of room for four people and all our luggage. The room came with all the essentials – iron, hairdryer, towels, fridge, shampoo and soaps – and the air conditioning was powerful, which was much appreciated. "My 5-night stay at Kromo Bangkok was exceptional, driven by its stunning gem-inspired design and an unbeatable location directly across from Emsphere.
