"Very close to Hertford Centre which was excellent just a nice stroll. Area around the flat is not the most pleasant and the gym classes start at 7.30 on a Saturday morning with loud pumping music which might not be ideal for some. Unfortunately the exterior was awful - terrace couldn’t be used as the furniture was broken or covered in cobwebs debris bird poop and the area was not swept and overgrown and generally rundown and definitely not useable.
