"Pros: Property was very new and clean. Great communication from owner. We actually had reserved another house, and the owner messaged me the day of and said it was having air-conditioning issues and that she was able to send us to another property right next-door. Was very thankful for this accommodation. Cons: Community pool has a $5 per person fee associated; as previous reviewer said, beds were very hard. Also, not a huge deal, but could have used some more kitchen items- cooking sheet, larger bowl, etc. Overall- would highly recommend. "

"Very nice house, very clean and well appointed. Check in and communication simply couldn't have been better. Couple minor things that did not detract from the overall stay, but worth mentioning -lower ice maker not working. No kitchen towels or pot holders to be found, but we managed. The electrical switches were mostly labeled but some were still difficult to figure out. On a positive note I've managed a pool for many years and this one was top notch.Very well balanced, no overuse of chlorine to burn the eyes and smell like a chemical factory. Enjoy your stay!"

"Me and my wife stayed here our wedding night and it was awesome the bed is super comfy and the house was really clean. Property manager was amazing with communication. Had a little mix up with the door code and she answered the phone at midnight and got us in."
