We did not have the breakfast but it was typical of a hotel breakfast. We liked that there were restaurants within walking distance and it was quiet. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Check in/out instructions were clear and easy. Property was great, very secluded. The unit as a whole was comfortable and clean, with everything we could need provided for us. Only downside was the ladybugs swarming everywhere. Took us an hour after checking in to get rid of them all.

The town is growing in the right direction. Everyone was very friendly. Be sure to check out the Waukon City Club. A good place to eat and reasonably priced.
