  • We invite you to come and stay at our newly renovated 2BR home on the northwest side of Wausau. The house is located in a safe quiet neighborhood close to everything: 7 minutes drive to Granite Peak, 5 minutes to downtown, and 5 minutes to Aspirus Hospital. Coffee shops, bars, restaurants and convenience stores are all within easy walking distance. High speed internet/wifi. Huge 75” SmartTV with surround sound for enjoying the big game or watching your favorite show. New super comfortable beds and furniture throughout the house. Brand new kitchen, bathroom and hardwood floors. Garage with plenty of space to park your car, store ski gear, bikes, kayaks, etc. Pet friendly with a large, securely fenced in yard with ample room for your furry friend to run around and play outside. Stainless steel fire pit in backyard with firewood available for free. Blackout blinds in both bedrooms for visiting night shift workers.
