"Staff at this hotel were very pleasant and our stay was better than expected. We originally thought they only offered a continental breakfast - that was wrong! They had a hot fresh breakfast every day and the food was excellent! There was one person working breakfast and she never let anything run out despite how many people were eating. They left fruit and cereal out all day so you can have some if you wanted. I loved this for my picky child who only wanted cereal to eat. We have never stayed at an AmericInn before and were prepared to be disappointed, needless to say we were not disappointed at all. Our only set back were the rooms were a little on the smaller side for the 4 of us but we figured it out and our stay was absolutely perfect! The water pressure in the shower was amazing! If we are in the area again we will choose this hotel. This particular trip brought us to Stevens Point due to a soccer tournament. To close - excellent, excellent, excellent customer service! Keep up the great work! "

"Room was clean and neat. Big room plenty of room to move around. Jacuzzi style tub but didn't get a chance to use it. Very helpful staff and manager helped us with an issue we had with our reservation with ease. I'd definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Location was great close to all shops and convenience stores in downtown."

"This hotel is fantastic. The front desk lady was super kind and very welcoming. She answered all my questions and had a great sense of humor too. The room itself was more than I expected and there were plenty of towels, toiletries, and also glassware in the little kitchenette, very nice. Everything was very clean, including the hallways and common areas, and the property was clearly well maintained. The building has a lot of character and feels like a real part of the community. Made me feel welcomed as a visitor to the city. I would definitely stay here again."
