"We had a great stay! Grandview does not disappoint. There are 28 steps from the house to the dock so it's important visitors can do steps. There are many things to do, both inside and out. And there's plenty of space to spread out if you like that. Beautiful sunsets from the lakeside deck!"

"Great place to stay, the lake was amazing tons of fish and a nice shallow area right on the property for the kids to play in. Had a blast using the kayak’s. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation, Eric provides all the necessary equipment for your stay. A"

"Our hosts were friendly. We rented their pontoon boat and enjoyed the lake. Our grandsons used the two kayaks to fish and caught more than they could count. There were three full bathrooms, one for each family. The beds were comfortable and clean. The hosts just renovated the main floor and it was beautiful. The kitchen was spacious which was a plus considering that we had three families cooking at the same time. Everyone said they had a fun time!"

"House was located on a small lake that was perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle board. Loved all of the water toys, boats available on the property. We brought our own wood for the fire but there was some there to use. The deck has a wonderful view of the lake and lots of chairs-we spent most of our time outdoors due to beautiful weather.It was nice to have 2 separate living rooms . Game room was fun for the kids however, the ball return was not working for pool table and foosball. A little maintenance on air hockey, pool table and foosball would make the game room perfect.Kitchen was large with huge dining table so we could all eat together. Gentle suggestion for host-please provide one empty cabinet for food storage. Large refrigerator/freezer was nice with beverage fridge in garage.Unit has 2 large washers and dryers so it was not difficult to have towels washed and dried as requested.Would definitely stay there again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Blackberry Lodge. We couldn’t ask for a better host whose excellent communication and attention to detail helped us to feel nothing but relaxed and comfortable. From the tastefully furnished and clean lodge, to the added surprise of the game hut, and everyone’s favorite part - the wonderful trail leading to the beautiful lake. The fishing was amazing, we loved all the water toys, and even our puppy got to swim for the very first time. Thank you so much for allowing us to share your beautiful property.
