"This little place is worth the 20 min. drive you'll make to grocery stores. A gathering of three homes around a green space. A home so comfortable it feels like you're visiting your grandma or some other dear relative. Super-easy access, friendly and helpful host. We had no trouble with wifi; couldn't make phone calls but could still text. A great fire pit. The only possible downside for some could be that the home is located in the bend of the gravel road, but the road is only for the three...

"While convenient to downtown, we were disappointed to arrive to an unclean property. There were muddy tracks inside, dead bugs on the floor, and cobwebs on all the downstairs furniture, in addition to WiFi that did not work. I texted and called the owner contact as well as the management company, but did not get any responses."

"If you are a fisherman of any sorts that travels with a boat this place is for you. The place is out away from everything but close enough to everything. You are close to all kinds of boat ramps, for plenty of options. If you want to eat out Plenty of choices all within 15 minutes or shorter. The covered parking for your boat is awesome, and equipped with power, very handy! The place on the inside is very clean, practically brand new. You can still smell the fresh paint.
