Lovely, old school roadside motel with modern decor an amenities. Great location on a hill and convenient to a marvelous restaurant just across the road. Very nice for an overnight stay.
Great place to stay! Clean and well appointed. Nicely decorated and well thought out. There aren't a lot of restaurant options in the area so you'll want to plan ahead for that. There's a room with coffee/tea and drinks etc. available. Would very happily stay here again.
This is the first time we stayed at the Mystic Isle Motel. We were very surprised to see such a modern, clean, well appointed room in a small town like Wawa
The room was equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, pods and frig. The motel is well located off the highway but far enough that noise was not an issue, parking was in front of your room. We would definitely stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Our room and bathroom exceptionally clean and fresh. The bedsheets and pillows were so soft that we slept well through the night. The exterior property has a well maintained inviting road appeal.
The room is very clean, with quality furnishings and furnitures. The location is right on Highway 17, but quiet. The check-out is simple. It has extra blanket and pillow. No complains at all.
Had a great stay here during a work trip. The hotel property, room and beverage/kitchenette station were perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful in finding recommendations for dinner during our stay. The restaurant across the street was excellent, but reservations are needed as it’s a local hot spot for dinner. The gazebo area and patio sets were nice, being cooler now, was hoping there would be a heat lamp of propane fire table to stay out a little longer by the gazebo/bbq area. Parking was right in front of the room. Will definitely stay again during my next trip up north.
I love ending a long drive at the Mystic Isle Motel. The rooms are impeccably clean and very comfortable. I appreciate the coffee and tea room, the lovely outdoor spaces designed to maximize the natural beauty of the area.
This place was perfect. The place was so beautiful and well kept. I think it's been recently updated. The room and bathroom was super clean and modern, beds were comfortable. They were so thoughtful that they even put small beautiful lavender bags in the drawers with the extra blanket and pillows. There a little pantry room next to the office, where you can find drinks, tea and coffee. There's also toaster, microwave paper plates and utensils, so thoughtful.
Two thumbs up!
Wonderful small hotel, across the street from a great little restaurant. A lovely stay in the small isolated town of Wawa. What an unexpected treat both places were!
