Beach still accessible at high tide, but best visited when tide is retreating. Nice cafe and fish and chips nearby. Public toilets near the car park. We did sea a common seal offshore and starfishes at low tide in the rock pools.

"We had a lovely holiday. The location was fantastic - so lovely and quiet with amazing beach walks and views. All the bedrooms were lovely and spacious. The beds were very, very comfortable. "Absolutely brilliant. Lovely house, brilliant location, 10 mins in the car to Great Yarmouth, 10 mins walk to the lovely beach with all the amenities you need.Parking at the rear and free car park across the road.Sit and watch the boats/ ships come into the harbour from the sea.We would recommend this house to everyone.Lovely beaches all down that coast. Go and see the seals at Horsey beach.Brilliant."

"Absolutely amazing stay thank you so much! We stayed a few weeks before Christmas and turning up to a decorated Christmas tree was a beautiful touch. The selection of games that were available for us to play in the in the evenings were great anything and everything that we needed was available. We took stroll up to the Suffield Arms one evening which was really lovely and I would highly recommend a visit to anyone that stays at clematis cottage. Thanks again,Chloe and Clan"

"An absolutely wonderful cottage in fantastic grounds. A real country getaway. We enjoyed a lovely winter pre-Christmas break here and it was a great base from which to explore North Norfolk and the coast. The grounds of the estate in which the cottage sits are beautiful, with lots of walks without getting in the car.
