"We had such a great stay at The Porch! The space was absolutely perfect and incredibly well stocked. Truly, if we didn’t bring it—they had it. And if we didn’t even think of it—they already did. The attention to detail made everything so easy and comfortable. The owners were responsive, helpful, and clearly care a lot about making sure guests have a great experience. A fun unexpected bonus was getting to enjoy some band practice from the kitchen windows and backyard area—it added such a cool local vibe to the stay! The location is also fantastic—within easy walking distance of everything in Downtown Sanford. We would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back!"

"I think we spent the majority of our time on the front porch! But the rest of the property was So comfy and even though this is a very old house the updates made it even more so.Every little item was considered, from coffee and filters to Q tips in case you forgot them. Great location, just a few blocks to the main street with several dining options. It was our first time taking our dog so we were a bit apprehensive but the property was designed to make doing so easy. Easy to clean floors and a nice yard in front as well as very walkable streets. We enjoyed this place immensely."

The location was perfect, a short walk from downtown Sanford's resturants,shops and Lake Monroe. All ammenties listed in the discription are available as written, along with safe parking, and great communcation with the owners. The place was very clean and well stocked with the necessities. The bed was very comfortable. We will plan on staying again when traveling to Sanford."
