Rooms were some of the best we’ve stayed in very clean, pool was great, outdoor area was nice as well. Breakfast was just okay, staff checking us in were friendly to the people checking in before us but didn’t really reach that same hospitality out towards us which wasn’t a huge deal. Overall, we would most definitely stay again.

The air in our room would not go below 76 on the window unit. The wall controller did not have batteries to try and operate it. I told the front desk and they immediately moved us to another room. At bedtime, I went to slide into bed and felt something in the bed. It was a pair of dirty socks. I then saw crumbs in the bed as well. I went to the front desk again. The lady apologized profusely and moved us rooms again. When I told the front desk at check-out the next morning, they also apologized profusely. No other form of compensation was ever offered though.
