Hotel management refused to check him and made him stay in the cold weather in his rental car.. what kind of human being are they !!! "I only had a day in Brussels. I was awaiting my luggage which was lost on my international flight. But I picked a location downtown so I could walk everywhere and this was perfect. They had reasonable parking as well since parking in downtown Brussels would’ve been more expensive in the car or safe. Staff was extremely helpful with me anout where to go things to do and just really nice. I love the NH hotels. And I would absolutely stay at this location again."
