"Everything was perfect in the house except for the bathroom and toilet drains. The water took a long time to drain. Overall was excellent, Thank you for your service."

"We had a wonderful stay for the July 4th weekend. The rooms were clean and the Kitchen was in great shape. We enjoyed the staying in doors when the temps outside hit 105F. Annette was an amazing host who got back to us immediately when ever we had any questions. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay if they are especially beach going or otherwise."

"The place was very clean!"

"Owner allowed us to check in early. Was easy to communicate with. Property exactly as described. Thank you!!"

"Appreciated that they actually provided decent towels along with working TV remotes unlike some places where those items feel thrown in just because. Quick exit on checkout too!"

"Compared to other places I've tried around Tinton Falls, this one had solid little touches like free parking plus pet-friendly rules we used without fuss."

"So my review actually isn’t about the cleanliness, the location, or the comfort. This is completely about the audacity of the host. We were contacted outside of Verbo from a man who wasn’t even the host claiming that he needed to give us some extra details about our stay. What are the details you ask? We were told that there was no actual running water on the boat. Meaning we would have to use a camp style bucket to shower and a porta potty that was on the dock to use the bathroom. Apparently...

"It could use a chair in the room."

"Charming little apartment in lovely Highlands right across the bay from Sandy Hook. Walking distance to lots of stuff and Carla and Ken are great hosts!"

"Great room for a weekend in Asbury. Walkable to the Stone Pony. Plenty of parking."
