"Overall this was a great hotel with great staff. It was under construction due to renovation and that was somewhat disruptive, however it did not impact our overall experience. Resort had several available food options. The pool area was relaxing and well maintained."

"I normally really enjoy staying here but here are things I must mention - They have microwaves in the room but no plates and my food melted causing me second degree burns trying to take it out of the microwave. I suggest giving plates to your guests and utensils in the rooms to avoid this from happening. It's great to have a microwave and sink ( sink saved a lot of skin) but need to be careful if you're making food. Also, please note their front desk is not manned properly for emergencies or room service. I called down for help to maybe get ice or clean up the room (spilled my dish while getting burned) but the front desk lady said " we cannot help it's only me at the desk and I cannot leave. Call 911 if you need to". I requested the nearest ive machine and made a run for it. Thanks for nothing. I had my hand in the bucket all night and luckily saved the skin on my hand but I warn you bding a medical kit in case you need it when staying here."

"Our room was facing the highway so was quite loud throughout our stay even overnight. Didn’t understand why we have to pay for parking; nothing special or extra security - just a money grab in my opinion. Otherwise great hotel and would stay here again."
