Youll love this cozy one king bedroom, one-bathroom western-themed cabin.Features high-quality bedding and a comfortable mini-split for both AC and heat.Perfect blend of romance and country charm with the clawfoot bathtub/shower combo.This is one of four cabins on our personal property. All are adults only. There is a smart tv, WiFi, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig.There is about a 30 yard walk on a gravel path to this cabin. Service animals animals when requested

The property is about 5 acres, we live on the front half but where the cabins are is all in the back acre. The specific area is best for watching sunsets. And for this, we have chairs loungers and swings that are stored, but if you would like them, just let us know.
We have roasting sticks for hotdogs, a charcoal grill for using, utensils for the grill, and if you need more coffee, sugar, spoons anything like this please just let us know.
Also, please do not take any of the indoor furnishings or bedding outside. I have quilts in the storage if you would like to take a blanket outside.
No smoking/vaping of any type inside cabinszero tolerance.
No children no pets and no other guests allowed. We cater to 4 cabins of adults max 2 per cabin and create an ambiance of relaxation and rest for our guests.

Outdoors you have access to a fire pit (bring wood or we have a neighbor that sells bundles) when there is no fire ban.
Also you have access to outdoor grilling, cooking tools and grill available if you ask.

This property is a non smoking no exceptions property. If you smoke on premises there will be a $100 charge back through Airbnb. Our insurance requires this rule. Thank you for respecting this rule
There is allowance for 1 car for parking area. If you will have more than one car let us know and we will show you other areas you may park.
