"Everything was perfect! Easy checkin/checkout, host was attentive/available, but not interfering, home was very clean and well provided, location was quiet, driveway parking for one vehicle *extra on-street parking and the back porch was nice for morning/evening coffee/drinks. Would highly recommend as well as stay again. "

"The location in terms of close to things- is super terrific. We walked to many lovely restaurants, very cool shopping and the pinball museum in my husband's case! I gave a 4 instead of 5 because of the pot smell from downstairs (next door.) Ask for instructions about AC as it might be unfamiliar, but it works well. The owner and manager communicate VERY well and made things very easy. The condo is spacious and appointed excellently. All in all a wonderful stay. "

"We loved this house. Great neighborhood and walkable to lots of restaurants, stores, breweries, art galleries. We had some challenges with communication with the realty managing it. Once we were in touch with the actual property manager, things went very smoothly. This house has a minimum 30 day stay. Housekeeping came once and did a minimal clean."

"We were a party of four and really appreciated the cleanliness and character of this home. The beds were comfy and the outdoor spaces wonderful. There’s two separate loving and dining areas to enjoy. We saw the resident black bear and enjoyed how close this was to various Asheville spots. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Awesome place great facilities a little bit out there if your planning on visiting Asheville but not terrible, view makes it worth it. Super clean plenty of places to sleep and comfortable beds. Had an issue with the hot tub but I'm not sure it it was user error or what. Would stay again though! "

You will hear the crow cry, the rooster welcome the morning, coyotes yip, and the mesmerizing sound of water. You may see a bear, bears, turkey, rabbits, and definitely fish…who will follow you…and beg for food. (They like Purina. Just saying.) Play a board game. How refreshing?! Eat at EVG. "Very nice studio apartment with high end furnishings. Everything has been thought about and host leaves lovely snacks and drinks in the fridge for your stay. "The place is comfortable with 3 bedrooms and a large amount of decking outside to enjoy nature. Views are obscured by the trees in summer, I suspect Fall and Winter you can more clearly see mountains. The location is quick access to Swannanoa as well as I-40 to get to Black Mountain or Asheville. The owner was very responsive to questions and we will definitely plan to stay here again."

"We had a very nice stay on this beautiful property. We enjoy relaxing out on the deck with beautiful view of the Smokey Mountains. The kitchen and house was stock nicely with everything that we needed. The hosts were very easy to communicate with. This rental was everything we wanted and more. Perfect place for a family or friends get together. We would highly recommend it and with it being out of town it was still a short hop skip and a jump into West Asheville."

"We had a great time. The children especially love the game room and the in-home theater as well as the outdoor fire pit and cornhole. Everybody loves the hot tub.
