"This was my first experience living in a tiny house. This one has plenty of space to relax and take in the quiet of its tranquil garden setting. Minimalist interior. Very clean. And you're just around the corner from Dutch Brothers coffee. A grocery store, too, is within walking distance or a short drive."

"It is as advertised, a tiny shed in the backyard of a house, in a great location! Ladder takes you up to the mattress, there is a futon, very small bathroom, but if you're looking for a convenient location downtown that you can comfortably sleep in, this is a fantastic option. Owner was very easy to work and communicate with. "

"We were in Austin for Thanksgiving weekend. This guesthouse was perfect for our needs. Check-in was so easy. It was very clean and comfortable. Our host was responsive to our issue with the heat, explaining how to set the heater and even brought over a portable heater just incase. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time we’re in Austin."

"This is a perfect place for a visit to Austin. Great location and very clean. Much better than a hotel room. Make sure you get a coffee and breakfast burrito down the street at Litchfield's. The best one in Austin! The hosts were great and really enjoyed my stay. Would look to book again when needed."
