The first sign was when I used a washcloth and noticed makeup stains still on it.The final straw was when I took a shower and grabbed a towel, only to find it was dirty. Everything worked well and would highly recommend staying here. Also the owner was easy to get in touch with and made sure we had everything we needed. Excellent all around!"
