"Breakfast is really good. It’s not the standard buffet fare, you actually get to order a proper main from the restaurant menu. I had a croissant breakfast sandwich one day and avocado toast the other. They will also wrap up breakfast to go if you are headed off. The bed was super comfortable. The room smelled like smoke the first day but this dissipated. "

"They failed to tell us before booking that the property is under renovation, and looks dumpy. Taped room numbers on cards on the doors, falling ceilings in thr hallway, one towel & washcloth in the bath, no ice because the ice machine was broken, broken a/c in the hallway, etc. Oh, and... we arrived a couple of hours AFTER the check-in time, and the front desk told us she didn't know if our room was clean because the cleaning staff was short staffed. Well, she was was right. The room looked clean, but it was very obviously NOT cleaned, just tidied up. T he sheets hadn't been changed. Also, the covers smelled like open ***! Luckily, we brought our own sheets! One good thing was the shower, which was updated with decent water pressure. The cleaning staff was nice, but they looked tired & overworked. "
