"The staff were excellent - they really made the whole experience. The hotel is modern, clean and conveniently located to a large shopping centre (5-10 mins walk). The only negative is a lack of on-site parking. It’s a few mins walk away."

"The Savoy did exactly what I needed (it gave me somewhere to sleep for the night) The service was excellent, I received phone calls to confirm my booking and to tell me when I can check in. The rooms were very well worn! Peeling paint and wallpaper. And a strong smell of smoke. The doors are not soft close either!"
