"We didn’t know access was only before 10 p.m. via the last cable car, or that it cost 50 CHF per person each way. For five of us, that would be 500 CHF per day, or 1,500 CHF for three days, just to get up there and down. We didn’t stay because of this, and Gabrielle became unresponsive. What a waste! Never again—I’ll stick to hotels near main transportation unless the place is accessible by car."

"Tolle, sehr große Wohnung, fantastischer Ausblick, Garage inkludiert, Stellplatz vorhanden. Damit ist eigentlich schon alles gesagt! Was will man mehr wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder."

"It was a good stay . Very close commutable distance from Mount Pilates, Lucerne city."

"Very clean, modern and comfortable apartment with outstanding views. We found this to be an excellent base to explore the region as well as Brunnen, with swimming in the lake directly across the road. Know before you go: This property is listed as having air con on VRBO, it does not have aircon, it has a ceiling fan. Likely not an issue unless it’s very hot. Also the pet fee - I was not informed about this when I booked but this is an additional 100CHF. Again not an issue and I happily paid it...

"The property was really clean, decent size for 3 people, with two fans provided which was very helpful, very near to the bus stop and checkin process was smooth. They were nice to keep our luggage before checkin and moved the luggage to the room automatically.highly recommended."

"Schöne Lage mit Blick auf den See. Alles da, was man braucht, klein aber fein. Preis / Leistung sehr gut, Betten bequem und alles sauber und gepflegt. Gastgeber sehr freundlich und gute Kommunikation. Man kann vor dem Haus kurz auf einem der drei Besucherparkplätze parken und ausladen (max 3 h) und anschließend auf dem Parkdeck auf einem reservierten Platz hinter dem Haus unbegrenzt. "

"Parking fee a bit expensive "

"Very small place, poor bed, no towels (we had to use the same one for 4 days)"

"The room was rather small and hot. There is no air vent/fan in the shower, which doesn't help as this contributes to making the room hot and steamy. Cleanliness is ok. Some of the other guests were messy and inconsiderate in the kitchen. The location is very good, just around the corner from the number 1 bus stop with shopping facilities in the Schappe Centre next door."

"The property was very well stocked: pots, pans, cutlery, wall plug adapter, umbrellas, toothbrushes, toothpaste and more. The only downside is that the floors do creak, so you hear the people above you. With that said, everyone seems to adhere to the 10pm quiet time so it was not much of a problem. I did not see a parking space so if you’re renting a car I would look further into that. Aside from that, no issues. Very close to the train station for transportation. "

"The hosts were very helpful and friendly. They responded to every text very quickly and positively. The room was clean and comfortable, with a very workable kitchenette. The view from the window was AMAZING"

"Was great location and lots of room for family. Wish we could have stayed longer"

"We had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful, wonderful views, spacious, close to everything. Loved having laundry available in the unit. Would highly recommend."

"Not comfortable, hot, kinda spooky. No bathroom in the room."

"The entrance to the rental unit is very small. The elevator can only fit in one person and one suitcase. The apartment itself is nicely situated however there are no fans no AC."
