The staff and breakfast buffet were wonderful. A short walk to the river and lovely scenery all around. It was nice having a balcony off the room.

Interesting, clean, modernized features with old charm. It was a delightful experience. I wish I could have stayed even longer. I'll plan to return for another time to explore the Mosel River area.

We stayed one night at this nice hotel. The staff was very helpful and nice, it seemed everybody spoke english. The room was clean and comfortable, not terribly luxurious but overall a good value for the money. We had dinner and breakfast and both were excellent.

It was nice to have option of sitting out on balcony though it was only the residential view. Additionally a pleasant surprise to have air conditioning to bring the temperature down for cooler sleep.

The hotel is well located and the room was very nice with a good size. The staff was always very welcoming and helpful without hesitation. I would definitely repeat.

The hotel was wonderful. It was very comfortable and in a quiet location. The check in was contact-less, which was a bit confusing for me, but worked out well. Parking was a bit difficult as there are limited spaces in front of the hotel. There is additional parking down by the river but we did not realize this when first getting there. I have stayed at this hotel MANY times, although not for years. I encountered the same comfortable room, the same friendly, accommodating staff, and the same convenience of location as always. The free shuttle is great too!

I like to double check my reservation to avoid any surprises such as overbooking or no reservations received, so I had emailed the hotel prior to my stay and they were able to confirm my reservation which is already a plus for me.
