Things like dishwasher tabs and soap powder were the type of things I'm thinking of. Outside play area and playroom were well utilised by us. Communication was excellent and Meike showed a good understanding that accidents can happen, especially with children around."

"Lovely friendly bilingual staff and very good breakfast. Room clean but very dated (1970s) and quite austere (only one pillow!). Bedroom has glass sliding door onto shared terrace instead of window which doesn't feel very safe. "
