A relaxation oasis on a hill, surrounded by extensive meadows and forests. On a generous 95 m2 of living space with garden use, our house floor offers cosiness and comfort.
Whether for a break with relaxation, enjoyment of cozy togetherness, hikes in the Schöcklland or shopping in Graz - our private country house stands for flexibility.
Photo shoots can be organized, guided hikes / Sigthseeing tours can be booked or seminars can be organized on a small scale.

The living room includes a spacious living / dining room and a large bedroom including table, as an additional work opportunity.
The kitchen is a bit smaller, but fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher).
The apartment is rounded off by a beautiful bathroom with a large bathtub and a separate toilet.
In the garden you can eat and read wonderfully or just make yourself comfortable and soak up the sun.

All of the rooms described above on the ground floor of the house are available to guests for their sole use.
Likewise, the garden and meadow around the house can be shared - in community with us.

Here you really live in touch with nature: it is not a favorite cafe or landmark that characterizes the neighborhood, but the vastness of the meadows, the twittering of the birds and the sound of the wind in the forest.

At the same time, however, the city center of Graz is only 12 km away and leaves nothing to be desired. Top restaurants, sights, culture and modernity - opera and Murinsel, cinemas and shopping centers.
Everything your heart desires to enjoy both city flair and nightlife and at the same time experience a very quiet and idyllic living atmosphere.

Since our country house is somewhat secluded (the nearest bus stop is 1.5 km away), your own car or rental car is very advantageous.
The nearest cafe / restaurant is 2 km away, the nearest supermarket is around 5 km away.

If, however, the focus is exclusively on refueling and nature, we will gladly take care of a free pick-up plus a return trip from the train station or Graz-Thalerhof Airport, which is 35 minutes away, for stays of five days or more.
