"This hotel was so nice. We were very impressed with the size of our room and our family's room that also stayed. The cleanliness of the kitchens in both suites was not good. Ours had a substance like ketchup that had clearly been wiped away but not properly removed, as it still lined the sink and induction burner, it also appeared to be along the floor where the carpet started. The bathroom was questionably clean with odd stains. My mom said she cleaned her whole kitchenette herself before using it because she didn't feel comfortable with its lack of cleanliness. We had absolutely no complaints otherwise. The breakfast was great. Caliber coffee is always amazing. The pool was decent. Staff was friendly. Complimentary cookies were great. The cleaning of the rooms was just so sloppy it didn't fit how beautiful and nice the hotel ought to be."
