"Where do i start, the way to the rooms is scary to say the least, cigarette buds everywhere, trash, someone used the room before you go up the stairs as a toilet, the post boxes are broken open. I should have looked for a new place straight away but since we were only going to sleep there and didn‘t want to go through the hastle of finding a new spot we stayed. Room was decent. Super questionable people inside the apartment as well. Plus not being able to help after your very confusing system...

"Der Aufenthalt musste wegen der Überschwemmungskatastrophe in Niederösterreich auf 16.-26.10. verschoben werden. Die gebuchte Wohnung sollte über 2 Terrassen, Marmorbad mit Bidet und separates WC verfügen. Beschreibung und Fotos versprachen eine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Im Gegensatz dazu war die zugewiesene Wohnung minimalistisch ausgestattet, hatte ein kleines nicht beheizbares!! Duschbad mit WC, weder Terrasse noch Balkon. 5 Handtücher für 10 Tage, 2 Bettdecken, 2 Kopfkissen....

"Es war eine super Zeit. Beim Check In dürfte es einen Übertragungsfehler der Nachricht hier auf fewo gegeben haben mit der Info ab den Gastgeber, wann ich in der Unterkunft ankommen Werder. Somit musste ich eine 3/4 Stunde warten. Es war allerdings nur halb so schlimm, weil der Wald hinter dem Haus sehr schön ist. Das Haus ist super renoviert, moderne Heizung, top Ausstattung, auch in der Küche und ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Werde wieder kommen, wenn es sich ergibt. Danke an den Gastgeber...

"Wir hatten erstmal Probleme die Schlüssel zu bekommen, weil ich den ganzen Nachmittag auf einen Rückruf gewartet habe.Dann war die Unterkunft nur eine Möglichkeit zum schlafen. In der ersten Wohnung war der Fernseher kaputt, es standen 6 Betten drin, mutmaßlich für Handwerker. Kaffeemaschine gab es nicht, genauso wenig ein Ofen. Die Mikrowelle war verrostet. "Das Haus befindet sich auf einem schönen Grundstück. Das Plätschern des Baches hat eine beruhigende Wirkung. Die Grillen zirpen. Die Lage sowie die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Die Einwohner sind freundlich und entspannt. Der Ort ist sehr gepflegt. Leider war das Grundstück nicht komplett umzäunt, wie ausgeschrieben, das war sehr ärgerlich und stressig, da wir deshalb mit unseren beiden Hunden dieses Haus gebucht hatten. "There was a connecting line to downtown Vienna right in front of the property and it was easy to use. It is made up of multiple "houses" where House 2 is the only "House" with inside access to the public parking garage. All inside areas of the property require access codes and it had cameras everywhere. It felt very safe for my family. The Family Loft was perfect for my family and the kids really enjoyed playing up there. The staff at reception were very kind and informative. If I am ever back in Vienna, I would stay here again. No need to look any further :)."
